"Photos were spot on"
I ordered this mostly based on the pictures since I wasn’t totally sure about all the details, and what showed up looked just like it. The fittings and shape matched what I needed, so that was a big relief. Made me feel like I’d picked the right one

"Easy return, no hassle"
I ordered the wrong part by mistake, which was totally on me. I emailed onlineautoparts.com and they got back to me quickly with what I needed to do. I sent it back and they accepted the return without any drama. It was all kept simple, and there wasn’t any annoying back and forth like you get with some places. The refund came through a few days after they received the part. I’m happy with how it was handled and I’d definitely use them again.

The part looked like real OEM and it fit just fine, so no issues there. I’ll admit I was a little wary ordering it because I’ve run into listings before that claimed to be genuine and weren’t, which has definitely made me trust this stuff less. This one worked out, though.

"Almost Helpful, But I Had to Play Detective"
The product details were mostly clear, so I wasn’t totally lost, but wow, some of the fitment info felt a bit too vague for comfort. I had to go digging around on other sites just to make sure I wasn’t about to make a terrible mistake. Not the end of the world, but definitely a little stressful when you’re trying to buy with confidence.

"Finally found the part I needed"
I was starting to get frustrated trying to find a part for my old Corolla, since most places either had it out of stock or didn’t give any ETA. Then I checked Onlineautoparts and, to my surprise, they actually had it available. I ordered it and got the confirmation quickly, which put me in a much better mood. "Warranty was sorted, just a bit slow"
I had to get in touch with onlineautoparts.com.au about a part that was still under warranty. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, but the replies were literally a bit slower than I expected and I had to chase them up twice. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just could’ve been a bit more straightforward. I did eventually get the replacement, so fair enough, but I wouldn’t call it a 5-star experience.

I grabbed a few parts from onlineautoparts.com.au the prices were better than what I was seeing at my local shops :) I wasn’t totally sure at first, but for what I paid, the value ended up being solid.
The parts fitted without any drama and saved me a decent bit of cash, which is always a win! Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about. I’d happily use them again next time I need car stuff...

"Easy to pay, no mucking around"
I grabbed a few parts from Online Auto Parts and the payment bit was way easier than I expected. I was half thinking I’d have to dig out a different card or muck around with some annoying checkout thing, but nope.
There were a few payment options, which I always appreciate because sometimes I just don’t want to use my main card. The site itself was simple too, not fancy in a confusing way, just got me through checkout quickly. Also, side note, I hate when pages freeze right at the payment stage, but this went through first try.
Order confirmation came through straight away, so that was reassuring. I only bought a couple of things, nothing massive, but the whole process felt smooth and low stress. Yeah, I’d use them again.

The packaging wasn’t great, the box showed up with a noticeable dent. I was mostly paying attention to whether the parts inside were damaged, and luckily they looked fine. Not the best presentation, but everything I needed was okay.
